This time I took the lamb, but most take the chicken. Cut the meat into pieces.
Fry in fat, add some water and a little stew (lamb need a bit more time than chicken).
Add the frozen vegetables for 5 minutes to simmer with the lid on.
Rice, rinse well and add to meat and vegetables, stir, season with salt, add a few cloves of garlic (not cut, the whole thing!).
In 20 minutes festive pilaf is ready!
