Sponge cake on proteins
I have very often left the whites after making ice cream. So I bake this cake. It turns out airy, soft and delicious... you Can eat well, but you can as the base for the cake...

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    8 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Margarine

    70 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

First you need to whisk in a solid foam chilled whites.

Then gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar while continuing to mix. To a solid foam. Get the meringue.

Little by little pour in the melted and cooled butter margarine and mix well.

Once the dough sift in the cocoa and dry milk, is thoroughly, but gently stir.

Then flip on dish. Very lush and very gentle... But because we love moist cakes, I cake soaked in a honey water ( 0.5 Cup hot water dissolve 2 teaspoons with a large pile of honey).
