Salad
Delicious, nutritious and very quickly disappearing from the table salad! When I was given this recipe, I did, and the children said that it did. For any occasion and in any other day. Never gets boring!

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vinegar

  • Sunflower oil

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

Boiled carrots and beets grate on a grater, boiled meat (any) will cut the fibers.

A potato we shall cut thin strips and fry in hot oil. I.e. cooking French fries. Before we make the salad, first marinate in vinegar separately one small onion and fresh cabbage.

Begin to assemble the salad: arrange in groups (better to take the dish a little more) grated beets and carrots, cut into fiber meat, canned peas, pickled and pressed onions and cabbage and French fries.

Decorate our salad.

And sprinkle roasted pine nuts.

Our Siberian salad is ready. Before serving, mix well, better it gets two forks. If you are preparing the salad in advance, then the potatoes and add the nuts before serving, and it will soften, and the taste is not the same!
