Cooking
Prepare your ingredients. Dates it is better to take large, meaty and slightly sweet. Garlic, peel each clove cut into small slices. Mozzarella cut into slices so that each slice can be stacked inside the date.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, ketchup, garlic powder and ground ginger.
In each date to make the longitudinal incision and remove the stone. Inside date to drop a little sauce, put a slice of garlic and a slice of mozzarella.
Each date, wrap in a strip of bacon and secure with skewer.
Dip the figs in the sauce and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
