Such a distant, previously unknown to me, inviting and beautiful names of American cuisine-dessert "S more" and biscuits "Graham Crackers". Saw one in the culinary TV show, I decided-do it! But... for the famous Graham crackers need the eponymous Graham flour.. Searching the Internet for part of the flour, I took a chance on his or her interpretation with oat bran from TM Mistral... welcome aboard! I'll buy you a dessert based on "S more," which means "a little more", and tell something interesting...

Cooking
For crackers: mix two kinds of flour, bran from TM Mistral, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add the brown sugar ( I got from TM Mistral) and again mix everything.
Cold butter cut into small cubes, add to dry ingredients and RUB until the state crumbs.
Otdelno mix milk and liquid honey. If honey is sugar, heated the mixture on a water bath.
Mix liquid and dry ingredients.
Sticky and knead a soft dough.
Of the test is obtained two large pan of crackers. Therefore, for convenience divide the dough in half, each portion with your hands (or rolling pin) formed a rectangle, 2-3 cm thick Each layer of dough wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to cool.
Preheat the oven t 160 degrees, coat the baking pan with baking paper. One layer of dough roll out, podpisa surface with flour. Thickness future crackers about 5-7 mm. the original crackers are cut with a knife with a fluted blade. I do not have that, so I used a pizza cutter.
