Description
Traditional Lebanese salad. It is quite simple but at the same time insanely delicious! Light, fresh, thin crispy croutons and flavorful dressing! Variations of it there are a great many, and my version is close enough to a traditional recipe, but the dressing I added light soy sauce Kkcamp - turned out just divine! And, of course, this salad will look great on the Christmas table!

Cooking
Salad leaves coarsely torn.
Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into slices.
Transfer the vegetables to salad leaves, mix well. For the filling coriander and mint finely chopped.
Add olive oil, finely chopped onion, lemon juice, minced garlic, sumac.
Add the soy sauce. I use light soy sauce TM Cccamp.
The salad, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
On a dry (!) a hot frying pan, put pre-sliced pita bread (the size of the squares about 2 by 2). Hold a minute on one side, flip gently with the fingers, without squeezing on another and more minute. They turn into crispy thin croutons.
Spread on top of croutons on a salad. And some more on top and drizzle with dressing. Your salad is ready!
