Cornmeal shortbread
Offer another option for low calorie cookies. Crumbly and flavorful cookies, bright yellow color will lift your spring look!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Mix corn and wheat flour along with baking soda.

Pour in the flour, water and vegetable oil.

Knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut from it a diamond. Sprinkle them with coarse salt and slightly flatten it by hand. (if you want sweet biscuits, sprinkle it with sugar)

Then with a knife to shift the cookies on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes until Golden brown.
