Cooking
Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes (water be sure to drain all). In the puree add milk powder + salt + a little grated nutmeg. All mix thoroughly and allow to cool.
Filling: make zazharku of onions + pine nuts + minced + salt + spices.
The form sprinkled with crackers
Spread on a baking sheet layers: mashed potatoes - stuffing - mashed potatoes.
And finally also sprinkle with puree crackers to a Golden brown.
Cut butter into pieces and evenly distribute them on top of mashed potatoes.
Put in oven for 30-40min, until Golden brown.
