Cooking
In warm water add yeast and a tablespoon of sugar. Wait until the yeast zaputatsya and add remaining ingredients. Knead elastic dough. It should be slightly sticky.
Bowl grease with oil, put back the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours. The dough should be doubled. When the dough has risen enough - push it and leave for 20 minutes to rest.
You may need to sprinkle the table with flour so that the dough doesn't stick. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
Then grease it with melted butter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture (you can add a bit of vanilla sugar to taste). At this stage I want to say that I tablespoon of cinnamon was a lot, enough and full tea. So look according to your taste)
Roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 equal parts.
Nuts a little chop. I took the walnut.
In a separate bowl, heat the butter and honey until smooth. Take the container with HIGH sides, that is, a simple baking sheet will not fit, pour out the mixture of oil and honey, sprinkle with nuts.
Put our rolls, not very tight, as they are slightly swollen) All this beauty we set overnight in the fridge, or you can lightly cover with oiled film and leave for about 1 hour to make the buns rise. I have stood about 20 hours.
While the oven's heating up, remove rolls from the refrigerator, let them stand. Bake 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees. These are beautiful and aromatic creations we did it!
When our bun has left the oven, flip them on the other dish or form, so that the nuts on top... what do you expect?? Start) Bon APPETIT!!!
