... or our response to Chamberlain! Grilled cheese sernurskiy haloumi with roasted vegetables. Gave me a piece of this cheese and said it should be fried. Looked in the Internet, what kind of cheese is. It turned out that the recipe for this cheese was brought by the chief engineer of the Sernurskiy cheese plant Sergey Chernykh from the island of Cyprus. Haloumi intended for frying. He is able to resist melting, which allows to fry it in a pan or grill until Golden brown. A traditional Cypriot cheese called halloumi.
