About a year ago in a cooking blog Frau Martha, I saw a recipe called "Apple frangipan" and fell in love with this dessert. Though a little bit I "Pologne" the recipe to suit your tastes. Several times I improvised and added the apples, cranberries, black currants and the cranberries. The mix of apples + cranberries came over to taste my home. Now this recipe I decided to submit for Your consideration.

Cooking
First take out of the refrigerator butter and leave to reach room temperature. Then prepare the almonds for franzhipana. As far as I know, in the classical version take the almond flour or almonds, remove the peel, lightly roasted and ground into a blender. I buy almonds and grind. If you cook the dessert in the oven, then it is already possible to turn on to heat to 180 degrees.
Apples (better to take dense) peel and seed, cut into cubes and sprinkle with juice of lemon or lime (whichever you prefer).
In a pan melt the butter (about a spoon), spread 2-3 tbsp. cranberry sauce D"аrbo and frozen berries cranberries (if cranberries are fresh, the berries add to the end of cooking). Next lay the apples, stir and on low heat simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
A portion of the form, if required, grease with butter and put prepared apples with cranberries. PS you Can do one form, but to me this dessert is more like cooking in batches.
Do frangipan (i.e. almond cream based oil). Butter (room temperature) beat with brown sugar. Beat one egg (after each knead well) Then add a tablespoon (a little bit) strong aroma of alcohol (ideal Calvados, and cognac you can), again knead well. Now add the ground almonds and knead well again.
Ready frangipan laid out in a shape on top of the apples with cranberries.
Form cover with foil and place in preheated oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes, after 20 minutes, remove foil. (I did in the halogen oven, the halogen oven to preheat.)
Ready dessert decorate to taste. You can serve it both hot and cold. If it's hot, it's delicious with ice cream and cold dessert is ideal for a Cup of coffee.
