Cooking
Boil the broth (I have chicken).
Flour, eggs, salt, cheese, knead dough, as for dumplings. Allow dough to rest for about 15-20 minutes. On a flour podpylennom table roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm, cut the dough into squares or diamonds, leave to dry for 20-30 minutes.
Before use, lazanki boil in salted boiling water or in the broth (3-5 minutes).
Serve soup with greens, usenkami, croutons or toast. Bon appetit!
