Sausage Stroganoff
A very simple, economical, quick to prepare and tasty dish. You can cook sausages or cooked sausage. It is much tastier than it may seem at first glance!

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut into small cubes sausage, onion, and cucumber.

Lightly fry sausages in oil in a frying pan.

Add the onion and fry for about 1 minute.

To shift it all from the pan into another bowl. In the remaining oil fry the flour until light Golden brown, stirring constantly. If oil not enough, add more. Then slightly cool the pan, removing from heat. Then add the broth and tomato puree. Stir sauce until smooth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add sausages, onion, cucumber, cream, spices to taste, stir and bring to a boil.

Everything is ready, you can serve it with noodles, spaghetti, any other pasta, buckwheat, boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
