Zucchini is a plant grateful. For our work have generously harvest. Enough to eat in the summer, and in winter to stock, and still sometimes remains. And that's the way I store squash for the winter....

Dry up until until dry but supple. Stored in glass jars in a dry place.

Winter squash these are soaked in warm water, and then I cut slices, boiled 10min. until soft. Fry in butter until light yellow sliced rings of onion, add cooked zucchini, salt, percu and fry until cooked under a lid. Get a taste of mushroom!
