How time flies... until recently expected the beginning of strawberry season, and there are already apples on the way. I enjoyed every year I turn on the Apple cakes.

Cooking
Combine flour, soft butter and sugar.
Add the zest, egg yolk, milk. Make dough.
Ready divide the dough into 2 equal parts and clean up for half an hour in the cold.
