Cheese biscuits (sable) with bacon
Delicious biscuits. Will appeal to all cheese lovers! The recipe met on the website recettes-sana-swiss.com and a little redesigning.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Cooking

Melt butter and allow to cool to room temperature. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Oil mixed with milk, egg.

Add cheese, paprika and bacon bits (welcome fantasy in relation to herbs and spices).

Then enter the flour mixed with baking powder. Knead elastic dough.

From the dough to form a sausage, wrap in plastic wrap and put in freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Slice the sausage into circles about 0.5 cm thick. Cookies spread on a baking sheet covered.
