Already here and summer on the nose – time of holidays and swimwear. And my girls colleagues all as one they started to diet and eat a variety of breads. I, of course, in the expectation of a small miracle any diet is not necessary, but want to work sometimes something to eat with tea, and chew "cardboard" bread is not very desirable. So I decided to surf the Internet in search of a quick recipe for rye crispbread or crackers. Something pulled from the network, added his own – and received a hearty and crunchy biscuits. I hope that they will like!

Cooking
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add grain. I took what you love. You can add caraway seeds, poppy seeds, coriander, dried herbs or garlic. In General, what people like.

Pour water and knead the dough. If it is watery (first for me), add flour or grains.

Roll the dough thinly (I – 3-5 mm – focused on the seeds)
Cut bread with cookie cutter or simply cut into diamonds or squares. I took my measuring Cup with thin walls to better squeezed.
Put the tortillas onto a baking sheet and send in the oven 200 º for 15-20 minutes.
When breads are Golden brown, then they are ready.
Of this amount, the test I did about 25 delicious, nutritious and healthy breads. And for tea, and meat, and just for a snack. A great alternative to store-bought.
