Apricot marmalade
This jam I made for the cake "Sacher". It for greasing the cake use apricot jam. It is, of course, you can just buy at the store or substitute with jam or jam, but I decided to make the jam myself and have not regretted. It was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    200 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    200 g

In a saucepan pour water, add sugar and washed dried apricots.

Bring to boil and cook on a slow fire until tender dried apricots, I made somewhere about 20 minutes, maybe a little more.

Blend the apricots in a blender until smooth. It turns out very tasty kopitar, with bright apricot flavor. Can be used for layer cakes (in my case) as their own dish is a great dessert for tea and, perhaps, you can even prepare for the future, spill to the banks. Bon appetit!
