Steam apples
To adequately complete the meal, dessert does not have to be rich and fatty. The modern view of power involves light desserts with fruit taste such as this.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

  • Honey

Mix oats and jam. I have a low-calorie jam d arbo TM "berries".

Carefully wash the apples, remove the middle part of the pulp. The tail also can be removed, so as not to interfere with feeding.

Immediately, not yet darkened the apples, stuff them with oatmeal-confitures mixture. I don't use lemon juice, not to get overly sweet, as sugar is not added at all. Put the apples in a muffin tin - so to get then the fruits become very soft.
