Panna cotta with coconut milk
Today I come to You with a great dessert. Lean diet Panna cotta with coconut milk and add jam D arbo will appeal to both kiddies and adults. The more it is cooked well, very simple)))

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk

    400 ml

  • Jam

    5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    80 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Soak gelatine in water.

In coconut milk add the powdered sugar and soaked gelatin.

Slightly heat to dissolve gelatin. Mix well.

At the bottom of the moulds for the Panna-cats spread the jam D'arbo, or fresh berries. Pour on top of coconut milk with sugar. Put in refrigerator for 40 min.

Panna cotta is ready. It can also be served with strawberry sauce (fresh strawberries 200g. punch in a blender with 20g. powdered sugar).
