Description

Austrian Easter bread
I want to introduce you to an amazingly simple and quick to prepare Austrian Easter bread. Having tried at the time, a huge number of Easter cakes, which, unfortunately, rarely I did it, I did not buy this year's Easter in the shop, and fixed his eyes on the Austrian variant, to which was attached more than 70 photos from the German users. I decided to take a chance! Moreover, the dough can knead and bread, and the time I was too short to portray more or less something "worthwhile". The result had to bake bread twice, because it is very interesting to have taste and not time-consuming cooking process. Can someone help out this option in our fast age of speed...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Essence

    0.5 bottle

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Milk heat until warm, pour into bucket of bread machine, dissolve the yeast in it,
step-1
Add salt and sugar (here, "small sugar "Mistral")
step-2
Add the eggs and zest (I used orange ready)
step-3
Add the soft butter (or baking margarine) in small flakes, sieved flour and top - polybutylene rum essence (it's only 6-7 drops).
step-4
Put the bread maker on the "Dough" (1.5 hours). Here's a "pussy" turns out!
step-5
The oven at this time to put on heating to 180 ° C. punch down the Dough and divide into 3 parts
step-6
Each piece twist arms in the harness. The dough is very elastic and tender, it does not tear evenly and quickly molded...
step-7
Baking tray lay a baking paper and it immediately formed a wreath or a braid
step-8
The first version had the wreath
step-9
For ritual breads need a hole for eggs (quantity is at your discretion, but I think that it depends on the number of family members). I put the refractory cups (I was faster), but you can use the rolls from beneath the tissue paper, cut into rings and wrapped tightly on all sides with aluminium food foil. Leave ready for 10 minutes.
step-10
After 35-40 mins here is so beautiful it turns out! Top no oiling.
step-11
This is the second option. Baked in a braid, because the wreath was so tempted that had been eaten down to Sunday Breakfast... Pysy. Sorry for the different photo quality (was prepared fast and was photographed more out of habit, but I've already boasted to the PM such a simple recipe, then put).
step-12
Here shows the breakdown of both of my attempts of baking: at the top of the wreath (the remains) at the bottom is a braid.
