Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

Sugar and 100ml of water supply to melt

Apple remove seeds, cut into 4 pieces, then each quarter in half and cut into thin slices. Put in syrup and boil for 3-5 minutes, then with a slotted spoon pull them out and leave to cool
