Kadayif in the test of yufka (Filo pastry)
Utkala kadayif tatlisi. Two test and yufka kadayif, which are popular in Turkey. But unfortunately, in the CIS countries they are difficult to find. Someday, I hope every woman will be able to replicate this dessert at home.

Ingredients

For the syrup, mix sugar with water, bring to the boil. And leave to cool.
