Fancy toast with jam
Many people (especially Europeans) the morning starts with the crunchy toast with jam and a Cup of refreshing coffee. What if to add zest to this traditional recipe: something delicate that brings out the sweetness of the jam?

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Baton

    5 slice

  • Jam

The first step is to cut glass (or any other round object) from slices of the loaf slices. 1 slice gets 2 circle.

Brown the loaf. You can fry on a dry griddle or dry in the oven or the convection oven (at 220 degrees for 5-10 minutes).

Lubricate toast jam. I used blueberry and apricot jams, "Mach."

Mix the milk, potato starch, egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan

And cook on low heat until thick about 5 minutes.

Let the mixture cool and then apply to the circles.
