Ranch dressing with avocado
Avocado ranch dressing. Ranch dressing is very popular in America. It is used for salads and as a dip (dip) that is dipped in fresh vegetables. It is very tasty. I suggest to try an avocado.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    0.333 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.333 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    20 g

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Half avocado peel and cut into cubes

Bow used (very thin green onion), parsley wash dry.

Squeeze juice from lemon, garlic skip through the press.

Measure out the mayonnaise, sour cream and yogurt.

Send mayonnaise, sour cream, kefir, avocado, onion and parsley in a blender.

Whisk everything for a few seconds to puree. Add the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and blend again for 3-5 seconds. If the sauce will seem thick, you can add a bit of yogurt.

Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed glass container for 2-3 weeks.
