Description
Juicy, flavorful and delicious cutlets from a chicken fillet! When I first made these burgers, I was just in awe of how juicy they are!! And this is despite the fact that they are out of chicken! Definitely try to cook these wonderful cakes! And I also want to tell you more about this caveat, as the greens try to use it in the preparation of these burgers (unless, of course, you are not ardent enemy), because without the green taste from the meatballs to become not the same!

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients.
Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into small cubes.
Onion peel, grate or very finely chop.
Greens wash, dry and finely chop.
In minced chicken add chopped onion, herbs, garlic, pressed, egg, sour cream, mayonnaise*, salt, pepper. Mix everything carefully. !! Mayonnaise can replace sour cream the same, i.e. add the 4 tbsp sour cream and 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise, 6 tbsp. cream only. And also you can instead purchase add homemade mayonnaise.
Add in minced starch and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Lay out patties with a spoon in hot oil and fry on both sides until Golden brown over high heat without lid. !! If suddenly your burgers will fall apart, ill keep the form, then add a little more starch (approx. 1 tsp), if a little will - add, but do not overdo it. Starch is very different from flour and holds together much better, ie add in the ground beef it needs in much smaller quantities than flour.
Then cover with a lid and bring to readiness on low heat for around 2 minutes on each side. Watch, that not burnt!
The finished cutlets on a platter. Bon appetit!
