step-0
In a large bowl, combine all vegetable ingredients for the balls except the green onions.

Chop the vegetables in a blender. Squeeze the juice from vegetables. I squeezed with gauze, turned out 250 ml of 0.5 Cup reserve for the sauce.
step-2
Add vegetables with the remaining ingredients from the list for balls.
step-3
Mold the resulting dough balls.
step-4
Push the middle finger of the ball and put 0.5 tsp of green onions.
step-5
Form balls. Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
step-6
Cook the balls for 5-8 minutes until Golden brown. Then place on paper towel. The oil is only on top and cooked inside of the ball, it is not.
step-7
Prepare the sauce. Mix the butter, soy sauce, pressed garlic, ginger, chopped peppers, vinegar and chili sauce.
step-8
Fry the corn flour in vegetable oil.
step-9
Add 0.5 cups of vegetable juice, stir until smooth.
step-10
Then pour the soy mixture, add salt and occasionally stir until the sauce thickens to a medium thickness. When the sauce was ready, I strained it through a sieve.
step-11
Spread the balls in a warm bowl, pour sauce, decorate with green onions, sesame seeds, and serve. The Manchurian balls, combine well with rice. Bon appetit! PS If you are on a diet, instead of green onions (filling), you can put minced meat.
