Chicken fillet in Basil sauce
Dear Cooks! I want to share another recipe tender, juicy and flavorful chicken! Fans of chicken like this option very much!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Add to the pan with vegetable oil, put fillet, pepper, a little salt (no salt) and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes.

In a saucepan pour the broth, bring to a boil. Add Basil

In broth with Basil add the flour, salt and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add the milk, bring to boil and add sugar and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
