Knead shortbread dough. For this mix the flour with the baking powder, pour on a cutting Board. Do in flour a funnel, add 1 tbsp sugar and salt, add softened butter, cut into pieces and the yolk. Knead the dough, adding a little water until the dough can easily come off on the hands. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

step-2
Plums I had frozen them scalded and put in a sieve to drain liquid. I still and skin removed, frozen plum it is easy to remove.
step-3
Roll out dough into a thin layer on the table sprinkled with flour. Spread a layer of dough in the form, to make bumpers and put in a preheated 210 C oven for 10 minutes.
step-4
Remove from the oven, cool, spread on the dough plum.
step-5
Pour the batter and place in the oven for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almond petals (I forgot to take a picture :)).
step-6
Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool!
step-7
Only after it's completely cooled, you can serve it on the table (I could not resist and cut early, the result - a little piece broke : ()
step-8
Help yourself! PS this Recipe is adapted from the book by Gerard Depardieu, he is preparing a clafoutis with raspberries and pistachios, as soon as the raspberry season, be sure to make this version!
