Necessary products for cooking bread.
Put ingredients in bread machine container according to your instructions. I have the following order:warm water, warm milk, vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
Then add the flour (always sift) and dry yeast.
Put the container in the bread machine. Select the program "Bread rapid bake", or a program which lasts 1hour 20 min.
