Rye crackers
Delicious crackers, very good for a snack or for Breakfast tea or coffee, especially for those who follow the figure. The dough is flaky, crumbly, fragrant. Very simple and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    2 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Bran

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients, except the salt. Add the softened margarine or butter and chop into crumbs.

In 1 Cup of cold water dissolve salt and vinegar. Pour into the dry mixture and knead the dough. Remove for 30 minutes in the cold.

Then I divided the dough into 2 parts. From one roll to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut glass crackers, each pinned with a fork.

And sent in a pre-heated oven 200 gr. 15-20 min.

And here are the finished cookies!

From the 2nd half of dough baked a cake with sour-sweet apples. The combination of rye dough with the apples... very tasty and unusual!
