Cooking
Eggs to mix with sugar, add sour cream, mix well, then add the other ingredients: cocoa, baking powder and flour. Mix everything carefully.
Form grease with oil and pour the batter. Bake in a preheated 200* oven for about 40 minutes (maybe less, depends on your oven). Readiness check with a toothpick.
While our cake is baked, make raisins and nuts. Raisins rinse and soak in hot water for a few minutes. Then drain the water and put it on a napkin. Nuts if desired can be slightly grind and dry in the oven. Condensed milk whipped with butter.
Ready cake remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly. Then cut it into two parts (1/3 upper, 2/3 lower).
Gently slice the crumb, making half of these "bowl". The crumb cut into pieces.
Next, in a bowl with crumbs, add the raisins, nuts and pour condensed milk. Mix gently and spread this mixture on the bottom half.
Cover it with the upper "half-cap". A little to compress.
From top to decorate the cake with chocolate icing: in a water bath to warm the milk, add the plums.butter and chocolate. Melt, stirring constantly, pour the cake the mix.
To put our cake in the fridge for a couple of hours. Everything was left just to brew a hot Cup of tea and enjoy our wonderful cake.
