Bell pepper (red or green), remove seeds and stalk and cut into squares. Chili, ( if you are not fans of spicy food) can be left intact.

Peel and slice large onion into strips.

Finely chop the green onions. Leave 1 tsp of chopped green onions for decoration of the finished dish.

To carve the chicken. With chicken cut off the flesh, remove any large bones. Chicken meat cut into small pieces.
