Apple pie with nuts
Apple cakes are my favorite. To record the recipes with the apples I have opened a separate notebook. Collect all the recipes that I find interesting. But this pie, I'm sure, will not leave anyone indifferent. Very fragrant, with a walnut-Apple filling, dough with the addition of oat flakes and whipped cream. It is simply impossible to stop, the hand she reaches for the next portion, and even conscience, screaming, "stop, soon the sea", is powerless.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Oat flakes

    70 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Nuts

    70 g

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Almonds

Cooking

Soft beat butter with sugar until fluffy, add eggs one by one.

Add the sour cream.

Flour, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder. All a good stir with a spatula.

Nuts, I used lightly toasted almonds, mix with sugar and grind in a blender until very fine crumbs.

Rectangular shape (any) oil, cover with greased baking paper. Spread half of the dough.

Top, peeled and cut into small slices the apples. On top of the apples put a little jam (for juiciness). But it is possible and without it.

Sprinkle all nuts with sugar.

On top lay the remaining dough and gently flatten with a spatula. Put in a pre-heated oven at 175 deg. Bake for 30-40 minutes until it will turn brown and dry kindling.

Ready pie to cool, cover with whipped cream and sprinkle almond petals.
