Beet buns
Tasty and soft buns eateries.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Sugar and yeast diluted in warm water. Add 1 tbsp flour. Stir and leave for 20 minutes. Garlic skip through the press and pour 2 spoons of oil. Boil beetroot.

Beet cool, peel and blend. Add the yeast mixture, salt, egg and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Pour the flour and knead a soft dough. Flour may take a little more. A Cup with the dough cover and leave in a warm place until increase in 2 times.

From the coming up of the dough to form buns, dipped in butter with garlic and put into a form. Put in a warm place for 20-25 minutes.

Rolls again to lubricate the garlic oil and place in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Bake for 40-45 minutes (watch your oven). PS Top can be covered with foil (I didn't cover, and they flushed stronger than necessary :-D)
