A versatile dressing for salads
Tangy and moderately spicy dressing perfectly complement vegetable salads.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    200 ml

Peel the onion and garlic and chop as small as possible. Put in a jar with a screw cap with a volume of at least 400 ml, add salt and pepper, pour over the vinegar. Stir, let stand 30 minutes.

Add in a jar consistently all the seasoning ingredients, stirring each time.

Refueling can be stored in the refrigerator for a week. Before using, the sauce should be stirred.
