Salad of pickled peppers
You can cook as an appetizer, and for long-term storage.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Vinegar

    0.2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.2 cup

  • Water

    0.2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.2 cup

  • Salt

    0.2 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash peppers and remove seeds and membranes.

All the ingredients (except the peppers) put in saucepan and put on fire. Peppers slice it into rings.

Put in boiling marinade.

And cook until tender about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
