Fried cod in Chinese
I suggest You try the fried cod in Chinese. This simple and tasty dish that is done very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Rice flour

    60 g

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cod fillets to thaw completely. Each piece is lightly rubbed with salt.

To prepare the marinade. Onion and garlic RUB on a small grater or grind in any convenient way for You. In the pan combine onion, garlic, pepper mix, salt, ground coriander, soy sauce TM Kikkoman and vodka. Mix everything carefully.

Each piece of the cod fillet well RUB with marinade, put in a bowl, cover and leave to marinate at least 30 minutes (I was 1.5 hours).

After a time, roll the cod fillets thoroughly in rice flour (a little salted) and fry on medium heat until tender (~ 8 minutes each side).
