Cakes with raisins and peanuts
Very tasty pies. The dough recipe I got from my grandmother. The dough is very rich, long does not get stale.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Margarine

    400 g

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Flour

    2 kg

  • Raisins

  • Peanuts

In a small amount of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar to dissolve yeast. To give up.

Melt margarine, pour milk, add sugar, salt, eggs, yeast, flour (about 1700-1800 gr.). Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands.

Fry the peanuts and cut into 4 parts. Raisins scald with boiling water.

Divide the dough into 5 parts. From each part roll out a circle and divide into 8 sectors.
