Berek is one of the most popular dishes of Turkey, there are probably at least a thousand varieties. Husband ordered me something to eat today with spinach. And since my vacation with my mother in law has not been in vain, and she taught me to cook Turkish food, I did not refuse beloved. Why not do this: time does not take much, all the ingredients are there.. and finally get rid of the spinach:) Delicious, nourishing, quickly... and what's a smell throughout the kitchen!!!!

Cooking
Take the form, grease with a little oil and spread the first sheet of ufki "folds". To sprinkle ufcu 3-4 tbsp of milk.

Spread 1/2 of the filling on ufcu and add 3-4 tbsp milk; do not try to cover completely the layer, it should be "radenko".
On top lay the second ufcu "folds", sprinkle with 3-4 tbsp milk and the other half of the spinach.
Close the sides of the second ufki pokersite and some cheese.
Close the sides of the first ufki; watered abundantly with milk. Sprinkle with Nigella
Put in a preheated 170 gr. the oven for 25-30 minutes or until Browning ( you will hear a strong smell). Here's a handsome Berek we have. Cut into portions and serve with Turkish tea!
