Description

Sandwiches with avocado and trout
Very unusual to taste the sandwiches. The combination of grilled trout and a refreshing mousse of avocado with the sour taste of lemon will not leave anyone indifferent. Nice on new year's and Christmas table, and for a buffet they are generally perfect! Help yourself!

Cooking

step-0
First we need to remove the skin and bones. Do this carefully so as not to damage the structure.
step-1
Now we put our fish in a container for marinating and pour soy sauce. I used naturally brewed Kikkoman sauce. Everyone knows that trout is a delicious fish itself, but the soy sauce only enhances its taste. No more seasoning! Put the fish in the refrigerator overnight.
step-2
In the morning the fish need to fry. In a well-heated with olive oil pan fry until it will turn brown, about 10 minutes. Will tell You that this piece of work. Fish should not be soggy and should not fall apart. Ready spread on paper towel to cool.
step-3
The cooled trout, again carefully, with a sharp knife cut into wedges. Most importantly the fish is not to try, otherwise sandwich will not come, well it is very tasty!
step-4
Make the mousse. The avocados remove the stone and peel. Cut into pieces and put in processor. Immediately pour the lemon and roll in the CPU. Now add sour cream, garlic, salt, olive oil. All whisk until smooth. As I said, I really like the combination of fish with sour avocado. If you don't like the acidity of the lemon slightly sbryznite avocado, not to be darkened, this will be enough for a teaspoon.
step-5
The baguette cut. For those who like it dry in the oven or pan. I did not do that.
step-6
Now we have to spread the baguette with the mousse and decorate with the trout. I have for decoration use parsley.
