Description

Green beans in sour cream
Very tasty and healthy side dish to any fish or meat dish, and can also be as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

Beans clean, wash

And cut the pods in half

Onion cut into small dice

Fry the beans in sunflower oil until Golden brown, a few servings

To shift into the cauldron.

Saute the onions until Golden brown, season with salt and pepper to taste and add sour cream.

When sour cream, a little evaporated and slightly browned, add about one Cup of broth (if not, you can do just with boiling water)

To pass the Creamed onions in a cauldron for beans mix well and simmer on low heat, then simmer for 30-35 minutes.
