Spring chickpeas patties
Of all the legumes, chickpea is the most versatile product in my opinion. It can be used in salads, soups, purees, desserts and pastries. Offer one of variants of use of chickpeas. This dish is absolutely refutes the opinion that meatless meals are boring and not tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Corn

    150 g

  • Green onions

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

The preparation time excluding the time for boiling the chickpeas. 1. Chickpeas soak overnight in water at room temperature. Then boil until tender in salted water. In my freezer always have boiled chickpeas, I quickly thawed in the microwave and use as needed.

2. Blend the chickpeas with a blender, adding more if needed milk (or its replacement). If you use milk, don't forget that the dish ceases to be lean.

3. Celery cut into small cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut. With the corn drained and a little dry on a paper towel. Grate ginger, garlic skip through the press. Add all vegetables and spices to the chickpeas puree, add sesame seeds. All mix well and salt if necessary. I for this purpose always use soy sauce.

4. From the resulting mass to form patties. Let stand them in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

5. Fry on medium heat (or slightly above average) until Golden brown (about 5 minutes) on both sides. Serve burgers better than hot.
