Marinade for beef, baked in a sleeve
The appearance of this marinade in my home cookbook I want to thank the cooks and Generic Lenochka. Something saw, something advised. I was terrified of beef as there is always a chance to get dry and hard. Therefore, the recipe came from "a fright". The result exceeded all expectations! The result was tender and juicy beef with exquisite taste, which is very easy to prepare. It can be served as hot, and cuts. Come on in, help yourself!

  • Mayonnaise

But judging by the first reviews on the recipe, several chefs previous experience with kiwi marinade, the meat was falling apart with prolonged marinating the fibers (I did not). Therefore, as an option, you can add a kiwi for 30 minutes before baking.

Carefully RUB the meat, trying to get all the cuts. Put in a container for marinating and put into the fridge for 12 hours. I usually marinate in the evening and baked in the morning.

Put the meat in the sleeve and sent in a pre-heated oven. Temperature is 180 degrees. Time for 1 kg of meat 1 hour of baking. If You don't have sleeves, it can be baked in roaster or ceramic container with a lid.
