Vegetables, baked with a delicious cheese-butter crust. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user sniper called "Gratin of broccoli and cauliflower" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Broccoli and cauliflower divided into florets and boil them for 10 minutes in salted water.
Eggs lightly whisk, add the cream, one third of the grated cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Gee... I one got a egg with two yolks :).
In the baking dish, lay out broccoli and cauliflower, pour the creamy mixture and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes until Golden brown. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
