Omelette with rice
For fans of scrambled eggs and rice is a great solution hearty, delicious Breakfast in the Spanish style for the whole family at the weekend.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Greens

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

Take the rice "Basmati mix" from "Mistral".

Fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and cook until tender, 12 minutes.

In a pan pour olive oil, put the diced onion and garlic, fry until transparent for a few minutes.

In a bowl mix eggs, salt, svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers. Whisk.

Add eggs to the slightly cooled rice and chopped herbs (I dill). Mix everything.

Take strips of smoked bacon and chopped cheese sticks. Wrap the cheese cubes in the bacon.

In hot pan pour onlynow mixture with the rice and immediately put in quarters wrapped in bacon cheese.

Cover with a lid and cook the omelette until tender, about 5 minutes. Serve the omelet at once hot, cut into 4 pieces. Bon appetit!
