Rolls of bread with canned salmon
These rolls are ideal as snacks all winter and spring holidays. They are very simple to prepare and wonderful to taste!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    2 Tbsp

  • Capers

    2 Tbsp

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

Drain the liquid from cans of salmon. Empty contents into a bowl and mash with a fork, removing large bones. Mix with cream cheese.

Salad wash and dry on a towel. Cucumber peel and cut into strips.

Boiled eggs peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Expand on the table a sheet of lavash, put the stuffing of salmon and spread over the entire surface, then put the capers and the leaves of spinach, and then put the sliced cucumber and eggs.

Carefully and very tightly roll the lavash in a roll, put it into the fridge before filing on the table.
