The dough: Wash the lemon and grate the zest. To the zest add the flour, starch, 125 g sugar, oil, cinnamon, cloves, salt, 2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. Knead the dough. Put them in a baking pan. Rhubarb peel and cut into pieces. 500 g rhubarb spread on the dough. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
During this time. Beat 2 protein with 100 g of sugar, 1 spoon of lemon juice and 50 g of honey into a thick foam. To remove the cake from the oven and using a pastry bag to decorate. And again in the oven for 10 minutes. The remaining 60 g of rhubarb and 25g of sugar with the addition of water simmer.
