Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, a pinch of salt. Pour slide and make a deepening in the middle. Mix oil, honey, water and pour the mixture into the recess. Knead a tight dough. Of berries (Saskatoon, currants)to make the eyes. Spread on a greased baking sheet. With a sharp knife to spend on the surface of the shell cross-bars, as of a turtle.

Jerzy: Each of the 4 remaining pieces of dough to make an oval shape, slightly pulling on one end (the nose).

Transfer to the baking sheet. With scissors make cuts at the top, similar to the needles from a hedgehog. From berries to make the eyes and nose.

To leave sculpted figures in a warm place for 30 minutes to approach. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Grease small animals with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes, until they are completely baked and browned.
