What helps to cheer up in the morning? No, well besides coffee? And in addition to tea? And besides the soul? Well, the juice is the same! Fresh juice, preferably sour - raw foods for Breakfast will give stamina and energy. Carrots, by the way, tonifies the brain, cleanses the lungs. Ginger improves blood circulation. Don't get too carried away juices with carrot and yellow can :-)
Place ingredients in a juicer, squeeze the juice. Be sure to add cream or a little vegetable oil (preferably pumpkin), because the vitamin A contained in carrots is not absorbed by the body. A cheerful morning!
